Pigs move the same speed as hoglins

Pigs move the same speed as hoglins in this Pre-Release. You can tell they move extremely slow, like hoglins. You can reproduce this by holding a carrot on your hand(s) and make the pig follow you.

Notes: riding a pig does not get affected by the slow speed,
