Nether particles appear under the bedrock

Nether biomes particles appear under the bedrock floor, which shouldn't be, since they don't appear above the bedrock ceiling. Void particles were removed in 1.8 due to reduced performance, most likely these particles can also reduce performance by appearing under the bedrock.
