Leaving a moving boat disables "Use Item/Place Block" function.

After leaving a boat, while it is still moving, pressing RMB or any other key bound to the "Use Item/Place Block" function will have no response.

 

Re-binding keys doesn't solve the issue, the only solution seems to be quitting and re-joining the world/server.
