Endstone/Netherrack generation instead of stone and ores in Buffet worlds.

When generating a buffet world on floating islands, instead of stone and ores with caves, there's endstone beneath the grass. When generating in caves, there's netherrack instead of stone and caves with ores. This makes these world completely unplayable in survival. This wasn't the case in 1.15.
