Unable to right click to interacts with anything

I was unable to right click with my mouse to interact with anything.

What I expected to happen was...:
I tried to open my door to my house but I could not open the door.

What actually happened was...:
I went up to my house and tried to get in by opening the door, but when I tried to right click there was no response. I then tried to see if I could right click at all but I found i could not. In-fact my right arm on the screen was also missing. I checked my settings, and i checked my mouse but nothing was amiss. I had to quit the game and log back into my world. Then I could right click again, and my arm was visible again.
