Can´t make my dogs and cats get up!

Basically, I was playing Minecraft 1.16 (it says pre release 2 but is at 1, I don't know if this happens in pre release 2) and when I went to my house I wasn't able to make my pets get up, I was able to make my parrot get up, but none of my other pets get up
