Elder guardian despawn when going through portals that are loaded with player far away

Elder guardian can despawn (if not name tagged) if sent through nether portal into another area which is loaded but not by the player and the player is in same dimension but far away. Elder guardians are boss and shouldn't despawn and normally dont.
