Custom World Type Floating Islands always used end stone in lieu of regular stone

When creating a new world and setting the type to floating islands (regardless of biome), or using a custom dimension using settings "minecraft:end", regardless of the blocks used as top soil, the areas that would previously be generated as stone with ores, is now replaced to end stone.
