Chests in naturally generated structures don't have loot in them.

I had found a village, a mineshaft, and a bastion remnant in my personal survival world. I found the mineshaft in 20w21a, and there was loot in the chests. I then found the village and the remnant in 20w22a and they had nothing in the chests.
