When exiting boats hands go into lower state and prevent interaction with certain items like boats and beds

I've recreated the bug several times. When exiting a boat after using shift acceleration the player hands are in a lower state and the player can't interact with items like boats and beds or use items in Hotbar. It seems like the interaction isn't switching off that of when the player is in the boat.
