Pressing place and destroy at the same time with a instantly breaking block allows you to convert blocks mid-air

What I expected to happen was...:
Break a block and not being able to replace it at that exact position.

What actually happened was...:
Breaking a block and being able to really quickly place a new block at that position

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a block with nothing under it
2. Break it.
3. Place a new block really quickly
