Mouth and eyes of Ender Dragon do not fade out when the mob dies

The bug

When the Ender Dragon dies, its mouth and eyes do not fade out with the rest of its body parts.

How to reproduce

Switch to Spectator mode to prevent suffocation.
Use the following command to teleport to the center of the world:
```
/tp 0 ~ 0
```
Use another command below to summon an Ender Dragon with a dragon phase of 9:
```
/summon ender_dragon ~ ~ ~ {DragonPhase:9}
```
→ The mouth and eyes of the Ender Dragon do not fade out with the rest when the mob dies.
