Logging in is failing

I thought it would sign me in correctly in Minecraft.net
What actually happened was...:

When I put in my correct username and password it doesn't accept me. It accepts me in my downloaded version on my taskbar but it doesn't let me log in to change my skin in minecraft.net
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put in the correct username
2. Correct password
3. Press log in and it doesn't let me.
