There is no 32x32 void decoration generated in void superflat worlds

The minute I started making a void superflat world, even with a "decoration" preset attached to it, when I press "Create New World" afterward, then once it generates, sadly no void decoration is created directly, thereby causing me to fall to death, as resulted in by this screenshot:
