Cannot interact with mobs or place blocks

If you exit a boat while you are driving it, the player's hand gets stuck in the rowing state and cannot place blocks, damage mobs, open containers, get back in the boat, or do anything except for walking and breaking. Can be undone via /kill or closing and reopening the world.
