Resource Pack Does Not Replace mojangstudios.png

Changing ~/assets/minecraft/textures/gui/title/mojangstudios.png in a resource pack does not change the loading screen image, as it did in previous versions when the loading screen was mojang.png.

Reproduction:

1. Create a resource pack.
2. Place an image under ~/assets/minecraft/textures/gui/title/mojangstudios.png.
3. Observe that the loading screen is unchanged.
