Choppiness in the new snapshot

the new video rendiring or what ever it is called is very bad, at least for my computer. It isn't very playable. I didn't have any fps issues with the previous releases and snapshots. I am using Intel Pentium G2020 with the integrated Graphics Card. Hope I helped
