Strange Disappearance of various objects

So I was getting into my world (with cheats) and had some custom villagers, a bunch of horses, and lots of hay-bales placed, along with a few spiders and cave-spiders, bats and an ocelot of which were all name-tagged. I logged in once, and some of the bats, the spiders, a skeleton and zombie which I also name-tagged, and the ocelot gone. Then I log in again, and all the hay-bales, horses, donkeys, mules, leads, hay-bales, and some custom villagers disappear.I also couldn't break anything. even a torch was as good as bed-rock. This is a very large problem, and I do very much hope you see this and are able to fix it. Thank-you.
