Items Not Working When Exiting A Boat at Full Speed.

When pressing the sprint key while in a boat, it makes you go faster. However when you exit the boat, still holding the sprint key and moving in the boat, your items don't work. You can't hit mobs, place blocks, or enter boats or minecarts.
