"Bring home the beacon," "Beaconator" advancements not granted

With the "Withering Heights" Advancement already obtained, the "Bring home the beacon" Advancement is not granted when the player constructs a valid beacon, furthermore, the subsequent "Beaconator" advancement is not granted even if the beacon is of maximum tier.
