Empty chest in villages

I've walked for about 30 minutes IRL to get from my base to a Woodland Mansion. Upon travelling we found a couple of villages, desert temples and shipwreck. Desert temples and shipwreck chests were not empty, but all villages' chests were.

Note that on June 1st I updated my server game from a 20w20b directly to 20w22a.

I've attached some log file since there was some errors
