Minecraft Full screen frame drop

When i go full screen in minecraft my frames drop to 11 fps, I have an older style computer so I thought this was just my system acting up but when i go into windowed mode it goes back up to 30fps .l This also only happens in the new 20w22a snapshot in every other version it works fine.
