Saved world is not showing up

I recently tried logging into my xbox 360 to view my minecraft world that I had ever since I was young. When I logged onto the world, it asked me an option about overwriting data and I accidentally pressed yes. Now that I try going into the world, everything that I built was gone. Is there something y'all can do to return my world?
