No loot in normal chests

Hello.
I've been loving playing survival on the latest snapshots, but unfortunately, the world I started today had NO loot in normal chests other than minecart chests or dungeon chests. This was one of the examples I could find. I've decided to just go back a version, but I thought I'd still report this in.
