What I only assume graphic issues and extreme lag in the Snapshot 20w22a

Please Don't Ignore:

I have notice issues involving render distancing and extreme lag in snapshot 20w22a, and I don't know if this goes hand in hand, but when I look around there is like a swaying motion. The same goes for my brother's and my laptop and my sister's desktop.
