Rain going through blocks

Hi there, im currently in the snapshot 20w22a and when it rains the water particles seem to go through blocks. I noticed this a couple of snapshots back but never got to reported as a bug since I thought that it would be resolved  but apparently it is still present. I apologize if this issue is already reported.
