20w21a > 2022a FPS drop from ~25 to ~3 on MacBook w/Intel UHD

Uninstalled all Minecraft files and reinstalled to make sure system was clean.

Attached are screenshots of a flat world on 1.15.2 and 20w22a.

System is a 2018 MacBook Air w/16GB RAM & Intel UHD Graphics 617 1536 MB.

No issues on 20w21a. Issue started in 20w22a.

Running 20w22a on 2017 MacBookPro which has Intel HD 630 but switches to Radeon Pro 560 has no issues - forcing to Intel shows the same issue.
