Lost of abilities after navigating on a boat

After I user a boat in Minecraft Java Edition 20w22a (Solo world but opened to LAN) I sometimes use all ability to do anything with the objets in my hands (and can't see them actually). It's almost like you pressed F1 but become disabled.
