Overheating of computer components in 20w22a

May be duplicate of MC-186075, but I'm not sure.

After some time (commonly around 10 minutes) with 20w22a opened, computer starts to work very loudly (ventilators). I'm not entirely sure if it's procesor or graphic card ventilators, but most likely procesor's, since I've changed Termal Paste and it's a bit more silent, but still much too loud compered even to entering the world. FPS are stable (45-90), but lower than before due to MC-186075

Issue didn't occur on 20w21a
