Pigstep Dropping from Creepers

Just set up a creeper farm that doubles as a record farm. But, I was definitely not expecting to get pigstep from them. I thought was supposed to only come from the piglins and nether raiding. Running a few data packs but nothing that touches drop tables... it was like 3 out of 40 drops so must be a pack
