When villages, bastion remnants, ruined portals and pillager outposts chests generated. Nothing was found inside

When I create my world and found a village and a ruined portal. Then I opened inside the chests and nothing was found inside and when I am creating a test world to see if any structure with chest some items were found or nothing. Then I found out that bastion remnants pillager outposts that have no items inside their chests.
