Exiting Boats disables the usage of items.

If you exit a boat on a server, I haven't tested this on singleplayer yet, sometimes the item your are holding will not render in first person, it will render in third person. You are unable to hit or right click, you can't get back in the boat or break the boat. The way I've found to fix it for me is leaving the server and rejoining.
