20w22a broke the game

What I expected to happen was...:
My Minecraft world would load normally

What actually happened was...:
The world failed to load. It loaded about 50% after 10 minutes. I had >5 FPS the whole time. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download 20w22a
2. Open MC world
