Minecraft bug: Rain underground

Hi I'm a player in the Minecraft world and I'm here to report a bug in the Minecraft Java Edition 1.16 snapshot updates. This bug occurs when players are underground and they could see rain in the ground too. This can also occur when the player is inside a building or under a block. I'm pretty sure this is a bug so can you please fix this.
