Guardian and Wither Skeleton not spawning 20w22a even after optimizing

The  mobs which will generate near special structure is not spawning in my 20w22a world even after optimizing the world with clear cache data.

 

I know the problem should be solved in the latest snapshot but I had optimized my world with clicking clear cache data still they are not spawing.
