Piglins rarely or never fight Hoglins

The bug

Piglins no longer fight Hoglins often even when in groups, and this is not the case in previous snapshots.

How to reproduce

1. Find or spawn a Piglin.
2. Spawn a Hoglin near it.
   → You will notice that the Piglin does not attack the Hoglin.

Other information

It is certain that the following behavior is intended:

Piglins sometimes get hungry and hunt Hoglins for food

However, this chance has decreased significantly which explains the bug.
