graphics are glitched. items in the hotbar are black and parts of my skin appear black

when i load into a world in snapshot 20w22a, items that appear in chests or in my inventory appear black. also, entities have black patches on them. ive tried multiple different things to stop it to no avail. on my player, it looks to be a bug with the shadows because when i turn, the black patches move too. my laptop is using intel HD graphics 5500
