Missing Hand/Lowered Hand

I hopped out of my boat (which I already done many times before) and noticed that I couldn't see my hand nor the item I was holding. When trying to attack air or a mob, nothing happens nor shows up, but when breaking blocks, I can barely see the item and hand at the bottom while breaking the block, with the block still retaining the progress done on breaking it (sometimes). And when I try to right click to get back on my boat, I can't get in. Not sure if dying will fix it, but I'll try and see.
