The Bottom of the Skybox/Horizon is Black Instead of Blue

When I loaded up my snapshot test world I expected to see the normal sky with the blue color and normal horizon. Instead I saw a black color similar to the void in the horizon.

To reproduce this bug, load a classic superflat world and look at the horizon.
