Infuriating levels of lag on world upgraded from 20w21a

I have absolutely no idea what is causing this, but it doesn't seem to go away with time not with decreased graphics settings.

Cannot attach world file though, since it exceeds max file size limit threefold, so how can I provide it for testing purposes? Is a crash report required?
