Having Issue with corrupted download for install

I have been trying to re-install Minecraft for two weeks, and I'm at the end of my rope with this. I keep getting the DLL ERROR. I have tried the fix suggested on your trouble shooting page, but I am still having trouble. Any help would be appreciated.
