Mobs don't avoid lava, if it's flowing

Mobs that would usually try to avoid lava, don't try to do it, when it's in it's flowing form. (Doesn't matter if they are aggro'd or not)

How to reproduce:

Place a Creeper in the middle, surrounded by flowing lava, and see if they try to randomly walk through it.
