Llama/Horse taming won't work on top of certain transparent / non-full blocks

The bug

Llamas won't boot players off not will they show hearts to confirm that the player has successfully tamed them.
This world was generated on the 20w21a snapshot. However, for some reason, this bug doesn't exist after importing a world from 1.15.2 to the snapshot.
