Creative mode moving deleting items from hotbar or moving from menu to full hot-bar

items can't be moved out of the hot-bar , or move any other item from the creative box in to full hot-bar
Grabbing by clicking is not working only holding it
Not possible to delete whole inventory by Shift and creative menu button X.
Deleting only works when holding and dropping single item or stack and move over X ,

It happen on my laptop with windows 8 affected all versions
Windows 7 desktop all works
