Breaking a lead in creative drops the lead

If you break a lead that's connected to a fence in creative, the lead drops. Sort of like how minecarts used to drop when you broke them in creative.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect a lead to a fence, and possibly an animal.
2. Punch the lead in creative.
