No idea what happened here. I just teleported some mobs and then flew away

I was playing the new Java 1.16. snapshot and was goofing around with my little brothers, teleporting all entities to my coordinates. Everything went fine, until I wanted to explore the cave we were in which we were by flying threw it, (Creative Mode) then the game suddenly crashed.
