Gamerule GUI Text can Render Above Bottom Buttons and Border

When scrolled, the text for the gamerule buttons can render over the "Done" and "Cancel" buttons at the bottom, which should be above the text (Image 1). This can also occur for the section headings if and only if they are out of view (Image 2 & 3).
