old monuments,fortresses etc broken

in monuments, nether fortresses and probably more structures generated before 20w21a there are no guardians or wither skeletons spawning 

i believe this might have to do something with the recent renaming structures. for example Monument was renamed to monument the differrence being upper/lowercase letters this causes farms that people spend weeks on do not work anymore. please fix this asap
