Item Tooltips

What I expected to happen was...:
Items Tooltips to be shown above the Item Count

What actually happened was...:
Items Tooltips are shown under the Item Count

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hold the mouse cursor on any Item
2. On the RIGHT must be an Item tacked ( like 2-64 dirt)
3.Items Tooltips are shown under the Item Count
