Local Brewery achievement doesn't actually require brewing.

Bug:

You don't need to actually brew a potion to get the Local Brewery achievement.

What happened:

I wanted to brew some potions, so I put some empty glass bottles in the brewing stand (because I forgot you needed water) and I took them out to get water, which gave me the achievement.

What I thought would happen:

Nothing. I thought it would just give me the bottles and nothing else.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get brewing stand.
2. Put empty glass bottles in brewing stand.
3. Take them out.
